Ivan and I were invited by my cousin Charisse to golf at Topgolf since she booked a golf bay and a cabana.
Our gang of friends was chilling on the couches when I arrived. Kia told me to hit some balls. I haven’t hit golf balls in years. I kept missing the ball at the beginning. Once I got the hang of it, I hit it pretty far.
Our friends were more interested in going in the pool than playing golf. I think we needed to add a fun competition with teams. I guess it’s not as fun as bowling since you actually can see if your friend did good or not from your seat. Maybe we needed to drink more!
The atmosphere is great since there’s a DJ playing good music and a cool pool.
The pool has lots of cute floaties like a slice of pizza, donut, and a unicorn. It’s nice to chill on a floaty, swim around, eat or just chat while lounging on a chair in the cabana.
Topgolf is a fun day out. It was great trying to get your ball into the targets, but it’s challenging. The food is tasty. I wish the golf bays had misters above them. It’s so hot out during the Las Vegas summer. The customer service wasn’t the best since the waitress messed up the bill. Next time, we will need to add a prize to whoever gets the best score throughout the day to make it more exciting.
