RistRoller review
I got two hard black mini foam Ristroller rollers which came with a great plastic band that holds the pair together and two plastic bracelets that say LOVE~LIGHT~GRATITUDE on one side and NAMASTE on the opposite side. So cute! I like the bracelet that holds the two together because these things can get lost very easily – especially for a scatterbrained mum like me.
I work on my laptop a lot for blogging, so my wrists get sore. I carry George around, so my arms feel the pain. I have sprained my right foot twice, so my feet hurt a lot. These rollers are small and don’t look like they could do much. Boy, was I wrong! Ristroller works great on my wrists, arms and feet. I find it effective when using it for 5-10 minutes on each area or 15-20 minutes if you’re really in pain.
You can massage your arms by using the top of your leg or a table to roll it. You can massage a body part by rolling it with your preferred pressure. I like rolling it myself because I like the hard pressure to really work out the kinks.
The Ristroller provides a deep rolling massage. I’ve used it on my arms, wrists, feet, calves, legs, lower back, neck and shoulder. It really helps alleviate the pain. The size is perfect. The Ristroller is very firm and durable.
I’m definitely keeping one next to my laptop and one in the diaper bag. You should go grab one or two on their website. They also have a grey soft roller which is for palms, wrists, and forearms.
The Giveaway has finished. Thanks for entering!
Cool! That would be so handy as getting a massage is so expensive here in Australia. At least with this, I can somehow give myself a massage. Lol

It’s really quite handy. How much are massages in Australia?
I would like to use this for my thighs. I bet it feels good!
This sounds like a handy tool to have.

The RistRoller would be very helpful for restless arms and legs.
I’d love to win the wrist roller because I have RA which means my joints are always giving me a hard time including my wrist. Plus I think it would make a great back roller too. Thanks for sharing this with us!
I’d use it on the back of the neck.
