1) Exercise and lose weight – This resolution I make every year and usually don’t stick to. I really want to lose weight before the summer. I want to be healthier and skinnier. I want to say buh-bye to my mummy pooch. I’ll have to motivate myself to work out when George is taking a nap. Ivan makes sure we eat healthy by eating a plant based diet (ok, sometimes we eat chicken). I just have to stay away from eating meat. I get the craving for meat every now and then and then give in.
2) Write more blog posts and Gain more readers for my blog – I’m trying to write as much as possible. I’ve been reading up on becoming a pro blogger. I set up an editorial calendar in Excel that I actually use – I had one before in Evernote that I never used. I‘m trying to be more organized, so I can write more blog posts. I have lots of ideas in a notebook.
Now, I just need to write the blog post, take pictures and get it published. I finally changed my WordPress theme and I’m loving how it looks. I hope to make my blog more popular during 2016. I want to gain more readers.
3) Be Happier and more Positive – In the past, I had postpartum depression. I’ve been trying to stay busy and be happier. I want to be happy, more positive and not be so grumpy.
