Adagio Teas Review + Giveaway

I love discovering new teas since there are so many brands out there. I was happy when Adagio Tea asked me to review their teas since I’ve enjoyed their teas in the past. They have so many types like green, pu-erh, white, black teas and yerba mate.

I like the packaging since it tells you how long to steep it at what temperature. Perfect for a mom who has mommy brain and forgets everything! The package is resealable which keeps your tea fresh.

We love tea time at our house. My husband is English, so he got me into drinking more tea. We love having tea in the garden (backyard).

Making a cup of Yerba Mate

I love drinking loose leaf tea since the quality of the tea is much better. I place a teaspoon of the tea into my cute tea infuser. I love to add more since I like my brew strong! I pour my water in and wait for it to steep.

Pouring the tea

I’m now ready to drink my tea and enjoy a snack with it. I love tea since it makes me feel good and gives me energy.

Tea Reviews

I grabbed Earl Grey Moonlight since my husband enjoys Earl Grey. The tea smells of citrus and vanilla.

Adagio Tea's Earl Grey Moonlight

It tastes of vanilla but doesn’t overpower the taste of a traditional Earl Grey. I also tasted orange and lavender. I really liked this tea since it was creamier than a regular Earl Grey.

I was looking forward to trying the Chocolate Chai since I’m a big fan of chai tea.

Adagio Tea's Chocolate Chai

The Chocolate Chai smells of heavenly chocolate. The taste is a mild chocolate flavor. I was really hoping for a rich chocolate flavor. The tea is alright, but I think I’ll stick to a regular chai.

I first tasted Yerba Mate in Buenos Aires, Argentina during a cooking class. Yerba mate is quite strong like coffee with a very strong flavor.

Adagio Tea's Yerba Mate

Adagio Tea’s Yerba Mate smells earthy. It was a bit bitter without sugar, so I added coconut sugar and it tasted great. It has a herby taste that reminded me of grass. This tea made me feel very energized. I like the flavor which was smoky and similar to a green tea. This tea has lots of leaves of the yerba mate plant. I wasn’t sure if I would like this, but I really enjoyed it.

My favorite tea out of the three was definitely the Earl Grey Moonlight. I love the creamy vanilla flavor.

I loved the teas from Adagio Teas. I can’t wait to buy more teas from their site! Check out their website to find a big variety of wonderful quality teas, tea blends, iced teas, gifts, and teaware. They definitely have a tea for everybody.

  1. I’d love to try Adagio’s Earl Grey Bravo! I’ve been an Earl Grey fan for years. Jen have you tried Lady Earl Grey? Very nice – much more delicate and subtle. 😉

  2. The Chocolate Chai Tea looks and sounds delicious for any time of the day and the Earl Grey Bravo would be great for afternoon tea.

  3. I love tea and have some Adagio tea in the house right now. I was given a Japanese tea set a few years ago and use it when brewing loose leaf tea. Earl Grey is a favorite tea, but I’d love to try the Matcha Blueberry.

  4. I saw Honeybush Pumpkin Chai I would like to try. Fall is approaching and I’m craving anything and everything pumpkin. I also heard that green tea is good for you so I’d like to try their green tea.

  5. I love black teas, so think the Earl Grey Moonlight would be delicious. All of their chais look amazing too!

  6. Green teas are my favoirte, and I see that they have an autumn blend flavored green. So I would totes try that!

  7. I think that I would like to try the Rooibos Vanilla Chai or the Hot Cinnamon Spice. Bonfire sounds like a good flavor as well.

  8. I would love to try the chocolate chai tea! Who doesn’t love anything with chocolate 😉 .
